Travel Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Travel Coordinator will provide administrative support to all departments, as well as be responsible for planning, scheduling, and maintaining travel details for employees for all departments.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and submit messages to various staff
- Maintain polite and Professional communication via phone, e-mail and mail
- Organizing and managing travel arrangements for clients, vendors, and employees, such as air travel, hotel accommodations, dining reservations, and ground transportation
- Coordinating with service providers to ensure that all travel needs are met
- Tracking and maintaining company travel issues, policy compliance, and expenditures, and generating reports on travel spending
- Escalating any traveler requests or concerns to the appropriate supervisor or manager
- Organizing group activities during travel, such as dining at local restaurants.
- Operating office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines and multimedia instruments
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll software.
- Exemplary communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of experience in administrative office work preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
